Exchange service supports searching for an alternate itinerary for a possible change on a currently ticketed itinerary. The service provides results to assist customers to complete the exchange process through the application. These results include additional collection, refunds, and change or penalty fee amounts. Our system calculates the new price for passenger-requested changes. This service could be used to book a new itinerary if the passenger does not want to accept the schedule changes made by the airline. Passenger could simply cancel the schedule change and book a new itinerary using this service.
